Since every urn is handcrafted to order:

• Design Proof: 1–2 business days after you send your photo
• Production: 10–14 days after proof approval
• Shipping: 7–12 business days to the US and Europe

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your urn ships.

We ship to the United States and Europe. All orders are carefully packaged in gift-ready boxes with protective foam inserts for safe international transit.

Every Lune Paws urn is made to order. Personalization includes:

• Photo Printing: Your pet's portrait permanently printed on ceramic
• Name: Elegant script typography — exact spelling and capitalization
• Dates: Birth and passing dates (e.g., 2012–2024)
• Memorial Phrase: Short message like "Forever in My Heart"
• Border Style: Celestial Moon, Floral Wreath, or Minimal

Yes — always. Our design team creates a digital proof showing the complete layout. We send it for your review and won't print until you're fully satisfied.

• High resolution — the bigger the file, the sharper the print
• Clear, well-lit — natural light is ideal
• Pet's face clearly visible and in focus
• JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 5 MB

Avoid blurry, heavily filtered, very dark, or low-resolution images.

We use a high-temperature ceramic transfer process that fuses the image into the ceramic itself. It is not a sticker or decal — it cannot peel, bubble, or wash away. Waterproof and UV-resistant.

1 cubic inch for every 1 pound of your pet's healthy body weight.

• Extra Small (~12 cu in): Up to 5 lbs — hamsters, birds, kittens
• Small (~24 cu in): Up to 11 lbs — most cats, toy dogs
• Medium (~49 cu in): Up to 22 lbs — Corgis, Beagles, large cats
• Large (~61 cu in): Up to 33 lbs — French Bulldogs, Spaniels

When in doubt, choose a slightly larger size.

Absolutely — dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, and more. As long as you can provide a clear photo, we can create a beautiful memorial regardless of species.
